Coaching with Kate

“Try not to resist the changes that come your way. And do not worry that your life is turning upside down. How do you know that the side you are used to is better than the one to come?”

— Rumi

In a world overwhelmed with uncertainty and chaos—I believe meaningful change begins one conversation at a time. Throughout my life, there have been many moments when I’ve sought support, wisdom, and counsel. The most powerful connections happened not when someone told me what to do (because I wouldn’t have listened), but rather in the times when someone walked alongside me. They asked tough questions and weren’t afraid to challenge me to broaden my thinking and awareness. They recognized my progress—especially in the moments I felt impatient. And… they had a way of guiding me back to my path when I drifted. To me, this is the essence of coaching. It’s a partnership rooted in who you imagine you could become—and the opportunity to meet the world in a broader, richer, more intentional way. I’m here to help create those subtle shifts…the ones that send ripples of possibility toward purpose, alignment, and authenticity in leadership and life.

What is Coaching?

Coaches are objective, curious thought partners, awareness builders, and experienced facilitators. We help uncover, challenge, and unblock the boundaries and barriers keeping you from where you want to be. Your role is to create the context—the goals, questions, experiences. Some think of it as the 1:1 conversation they wish they could have . My role is to help you get to the heart of what matters. Through a series of trusted conversations, we find clarity, make choices, and create new approaches so that you may flourish in a way that best serves you. The immediate goal may have a personal and/or professional focus—however—the impact of change and transformation influences all aspects of who we are and how we meet the world.

Who I Work With…

The primary arc of my practice includes high-performing individuals—mid-career professionals, C-suite and senior executives, named successors, and founders.

Sometimes, what you seek is clear: you’re stepping into greater responsibility or learning to lead and live from what’s essential. Other times, you might wonder whether what got you here is enough for what you want next.

  • Maybe you want to elevate your presence, broaden visibility, or fine-tune your voice and brand.

  • Maybe you’ve received feedback that’s been difficult to process—or to translate into action within your leadership.

  • Or maybe it’s a broader exploration of what’s keeping you from meeting the world in all the ways you want.

Those who benefit most from my approach to coaching tend to be active participants in their growth. They seek partnership - not quick fixes - with someone who will compel them to greatness, challenge their thinking and assumptions, and help them navigate the complexities of change, disruption, and innovation. They’re seeking more than advancement—but alignment with who they are, what brings them meaning, and how they want to show up in the world.

If this is you… then we should chat.

How We Work Together

Coaching with me is equal parts reflection and movement—and— it’s an investment in your growth, clarity, and possibility.

Our work doesn’t follow a script or a template. It follows you. Your context, your goals, your evolution.

My role is to bring structure and scope—clarify intentions, surface friction points, and offer perspective, discernment, and accountability.

While no two journeys are the same, many clients notice early shifts within the first few months—fresh language, deeper awareness, and traction where things once felt stuck. Over time, the impact becomes increasingly visible in how they lead, live, and relate.

The space we hold carries depth and capacity—and moves with the ebbs and flows necessary when creating lasting change. In many cases, a natural cadence emerges—and there’s comfort in knowing you have ready access to a space where questions, uncertainty, and possibility can be explored as they arise.

For me, coaching has evolved well beyond the traditional goal-achievement model. I come to our relationship to play the long game—as an ongoing partnership that meets you as you grow, shift, and expand. It’s a hallmark of my practice, and I’m deeply honored by the trust my long-standing clients continue to place in our work together.

The next best step is a complimentary connection chat—a no-pressure space to explore what’s on your mind and whether coaching—and my approach to it—feels like the right fit for you.
