Setting Goals & Intentions
For many, this course is the first step in living a more intentional life. It begins to answer those larger and sometimes looming questions such as… “what’s my purpose?” or “what’s the best next thing for me?”
Welcome to a guided journey to learn more about you. Through a series of reflective exercises and 1:1 coaching sessions, you will begin to clarify what’s important to you and what future aspirations may lie ahead. We’ll explore the practice of goal and intention setting - and how each serves your journey toward bringing a stronger sense of purpose in all aspects of you.
The course includes three coaching sessions (one, thirty-minute, and two, forty-five minute) and exercises that will help explore, organize, and prioritize what’s important and the best next steps.
Many take the outcomes of this session and continue self-exploration - and others prefer to leverage the coaching modality as a way to make commitments and stay on their path forward.
